Proximity Detection and Collision Avoidance
The HIT-NOT® proximity alert system provides an advanced collision avoidance system for warehouses and industry workplaces. By utilizing magnetic field technology, the HIT-NOT® system field passes through walls, racks, and containers, and provides visual and audible alerts. Used as a forklift alert system, HIT-NOT® interacts with our personal proximity sensors to provide exceptional deterrence to struck-by accidents.
Blind Spots
Designed to eliminate damage and injury due to collisions. The system ensures identification and warning of approaching forklifts at distances of 4 to 8 meters before meeting points. It features detection and identification units and flashing signals positioned on site or at a distance of 4 meters. Observation Post detects the movement of forklifts approaching designated meeting points and alerts pedestrians and other forklift operators when they are in dangerous proximity of one another via warning alarms or flashing lights.
Dock Safety
There are many cases where forklifts get trapped in a moving truck, or fall off the truck pulled away from the platform.
The i-Stop system is designed precisely to prevent recurrence of these events. The truck driver who park at the platform will not be able to start unloading or loading goods before securing the truck's tires with Solan’s unique stop-breaker: the i-Stop. Only when i-Stop is attached to the truck wheels it become possible to open the logistics center’s platform door and the truck can no longer move from its place. Now the forklift driver can perform his duties safely.
